2024 IFC RECRUITMENT WEEKs 

July 24-28 and August 26-31

This 5-day experience takes place twice each summer, allowing you to make a confident decision in one trip.

During Recruitment Week you will have the opportunity to meet every fraternity, tour the houses, attend a variety of fun events to meet members, and find the best fit.

You will also get to build connections with other participants, and receive mentorship and support from a Recruitment Counselor.

Schedule Outline

  • Day 1(August 26): Check in for housing & Chapter Tabling On Denny Field 

    • If you registered for the housing, you'll need to be checked into your rooms as well as given your husky cards for the week (2pm)

    • Orientation time TBD

    • Tabling on Denny Field afterwards

    • This is when you'll have your first introductions to the Chapters!

    • Make sure you make connections and meet as many rush chairmen as possible.  

  • Day 2 (August 27): House Tours 12 - 5pm

    • After you met all the chapters the day before, now is your chance to tour as many chapter houses as you would like!

  • Day 3 - 5 (August 28-31): Invite Functions and Events. 

    • This is a time for the chapters that you vibed with to invite you over during the day or at night for recruitment functions

REGISTRATION INFO

  • The base registration fee is $50 dollars

  • You can pay an additional $361 for campus housing if you live outside the Seattle area, or if you live locally but would prefer to stay on campus with other guys participating in the week

  • You will need to submit payment as part of the registration process

  • Registration for the July Recruitment Week closes at midnight on July 14

  • Registration for the August Recruitment Week closes at midnight on August 19

CANCELLATION INFO

  1. Reimbursement of the registration fee $50 can be granted (minus 5% processing fee) until 1 week prior to event.

  2. Reimbursement of the housing fee $361 can be granted (minus 5% processing fee) until 2 weeks prior to event.
